“No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” — 1 Corinthians 10:13

This verse is God’s promise: temptation is normal you’re not alone. But more than that, God always provides an escape route. That “way out” may look like leaving a situation, quoting Scripture (like Jesus did in Matthew 4), or calling a trusted friend. Sin loses its grip when you walk in God’s truth and Spirit
